Zequality LLC (“Zequality,” “we,” “us” or “our”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our online visitors. Personal Information
Zequality collects personally identifiable information from you, which may include your name, address, phone number, gender, race/ethnicity, demographic, date of birth, photograph, company/organization, title, involvement with diversity and inclusion within your company/organization or externally (e.g., which employee resource groups or non-profit organizations you are a part of) and any other information you choose to provide through the Site. This information is collected and stored electronically when you register or create a user profile, register for an event or webinar, post in a forum or chat room, manage your memberships or contact us. We may also collect personal information about you from a third party and combine the collected information with the personal information you provide to us. For instance, if you choose to connect your LinkedIn profile, we may collect your photograph from your LinkedIn profile to display in your user profile.
Information Collected Automatically
Information about your computer hardware and software may automatically be collected by Zequality when you use the Site. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, geographic location, referring website addresses and other technical information, such as protocol status and substatus, bytes sent and received and server information. We may also collect information about how you interact with the Site. This information is used by us for our business purposes, including for the operation and improvement of the Site, for technical troubleshooting, to maintain quality of the Site and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

Zequality does not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
Security Used & Retention of Personal Information
Zequality uses reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized intrusion to the Site and the alteration, acquisition or misuse of personal information. However, the security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed. We are not be responsible for loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition or misuse of personal information that you provide through the Site, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition or misuse. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws or regulation.

Our Site may contain links to third party websites. Any access to and use of such third-party websites is not governed by this Privacy Policy, but is instead governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites, and we are not responsible for the information practices of such third party websites.
Do Not Track
Our Site does not currently take any action when it receives a Do Not Track request. Do Not Track is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page. Children
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from any person under the age of thirteen. No parts of our Site are directed to or designed to attract anyone under the age of thirteen.
Additional Information for EU Visitors
With respect to “personal data” as defined by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the UK Data Protection Act of 2018 and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act that you may provide to us through our Zequality we are a processor of such personal data and our customer organization with which you are affiliated is the controller. We are the controller of other data you provide to us through the Sites. This section addresses personal information with respect to which Zequality is the controller.
We provide the Site from servers located in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from the European Union, we will only transfer your personal information to the United States through the use of appropriate safeguards. We process personal information to pursue our legitimate business interest to operate the Site and as described in the section titled “How Information is Used” above.
